With over 15 years of experience in customer service, administration, recruitment and fitness, Tara brings a well-rounded and adaptable skill set to the BEST team. Having worked across industries and states, Tara understands the diverse challenges people face and the strengths they bring.
Tara holds qualifications in Business, IT, Retail, and Fitness, and have recently added Mental Health Training and Leadership & Management. She is passionate about helping people discover fulfilling career pathways and supporting businesses to find the right fit for their teams.
Outside of work, Tara’s either getting her hands dirty in the garden or soaking up the serenity of southern Tasmania’s beautiful beaches.
