After completing the transformative Nextgen Trade Training Program, an intensive 8-week course designed to equip participants with entry-level construction skills, Kathryn has secured a Carpentry Apprenticeship, marking the beginning of her exciting new career in the construction industry.

At the program’s initial information session, Kathryn expressed a strong desire for a career change and a keen interest in gaining practical, hands-on skills. Through the program, she not only developed essential skills but also gained the confidence to apply for an apprenticeship with Podmatrix. Just two weeks into her apprenticeship, Kathryn’s dedication and hard work have already made a noticeable impact.
