Emma and Andrew recently enjoyed reminiscing with Marinda about our journey.

Kerry Vincent’s visionary leadership ignited the spark for this groundbreaking initiative. Andrew, Marinda, and Emma, three passionate individuals worked to bring this vision to life. Five years ago, their dedication, along with the South East Region Local Action Group, other organisations, and community members, laid the foundation for the vibrant, community-driven efforts we see today at BEST – Business and Employment Southeast Tasmania Inc. It truly takes a village, and the team’s relentless efforts, supported by Jobs Tasmania, have been instrumental in our success.
